Show Data
This section describes the source data view in Yotilla.
To view the data currently loaded for a source, click on the icon on the corresponding row on the Sources page.
Hovering the cursor over the icon shows when the source data was last loaded into Yotilla.
The data view is divided into two panes. The columns can be resized and reordered as desired. To move a column, click on the column header and drag the column to a new position in either of the two panes.
Each column has a drop-down menu with options for filtering and grouping the source data based on multiple criteria that can be combined using different operators. To access the drop-down menu, hover the cursor over the column header and click on the icon.
To quickly filter the data based on a string of characters, type into the Search box at the top of the data view window. The search will filter on all columns.
The column filters are case-sensitive, which means that if you for example enter the string “acme” in a column filter, the results will not include rows containing the string “Acme” or “ACME”.
The Search box at the top of the window is case-insensitive. The string “acme” will also return results containing “Acme” and “ACME”.
To reload the data from the source, click on Load data.
Reloading data from the source can take some time to complete. To abort this operation, close the data view.
