Exasol is the high performance, in-memory massively parallel processing (MPP) database specifically designed for analytics. From business critical data applications to advanced analytics, Exasol allows you to quickly analyze large volumes of data, helping you to accelerate your BI and reporting and to turn data into value.

Exasol SaaS
Exasol SaaS is a fully-managed service deployed in the cloud, and the quickest way to get started with Exasol. For more information, see SaaS Database Solution, or sign up directly for your 30-day Free Trial.

Cloud deployment
Exasol can be deployed as a native cloud application on Amazon Web Services (AWS), or installed as an application on Linux VM instances on various cloud services such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

On-premises
You can install Exasol as a Linux application on your own hardware or on VM instances in a cloud service. Exasol currently supports deployment on Ubuntu 22.04/20.04 LTS and RHEL 9/8.

For evaluation and development
Exasol Docker version
All supported versions of Exasol are also available as Docker images. The dockerized versions are not intended for production environments, but can be used for evaluation and testing purposes, for example for setting up automated tests against the database. The Docker versions of Exasol allow up to 10 GiB of raw (uncompressed) data.

Free public demo system
Exasol offers a 30-day free trial of a public demo system hosted in our own cloud, which contains preloaded datasets and a guided tutorial. The demo system is a static shared system and does not provide the full functionality of Exasol.
