Start EXAStorage

Previous step: Activate Data Node

After you activated the data nodes you need to start the EXAStorage service.

Follow these steps to start EXAStorage:

1. In EXAoperation, go to Services > EXAStorage.

   When the storage service is not running, the screen looks as follows:

   

2. Click on Startup Storage Service. The storage service starts up and the screen looks like this after a few minutes:

   

3. Select all disks, then click on Add Unused Disks to make sure that all disks are included when creating a volume in the next step.
