Usage
Exasol SaaS provides you with a tracking mechanism to view your Compute, Storage, and Network usage, which will determine the Billing calculations on your monthly invoice. You can view usage reports for a month. You can also download the usage report in CSV format.
The view and download usage report feature is only available for users with the Owner role.
User Interface Overview
On the Usage page, you can see an overview for the specified month and see a breakdown per day and database/cluster.
View Usage Report
Do the following to view the usage report for Compute, Storage, and Network:

Log into the web console as a user with the Owner role.

Click
Usage.

In the Filter Settings box, select a month from the Month drop-down.

Choose one of the following options in the Show Usage For drop-down:

Compute
-
Storage
-
Network
-
-
Click Apply.
The detailed report for the selected usage is displayed.
Download Usage Report

Log into the web console as a user with the Owner role.

Click
Usage.
-
In the Filter Settings box, select a month from the Month drop-down.

Click Apply.
-
Click Download to download the chosen report.
A CSV file is downloaded to your system.
Compute Usage Report Details
The compute usage report for the selected month is displayed with the following details:

Database: Shows the name of the database.

Cluster: Shows the name of the cluster.
-
Size: Size of the cluster selected when it was created
-
Compute time: Shows the compute time in hours.
Storage Usage Report Details
The storage usage report for the selected month is displayed with the following details:

Database: Shows the name of the database.
-
Storge: Shows the average used storage space per month in GBs for the selected database on that day.
Network Usage Report Details
The network usage report for the selected month is displayed with the following details:

Database: Shows the name of the database.

Out Internet: Shows the network usage in GB to the Internet.

Out Same Region: Shows the network usage in GB in the same region where your cluster is located.

Out Different Region: Shows the network usage in GB in a region different from your cluster's region.
