Billing
Use the Billing page in Exasol SaaS to:
The following information is for pay-as-you-go accounts only. If you have a pre-commit pricing account with Exasol, contact your Exasol representative.
To prevent unwanted charges, make sure to stop all clusters when they are not needed. By default, all clusters are automatically stopped after being idle for two hours. For more information and to change the auto-stop time, see Change Auto-Stop Settings.
Change Subscriptions
Before you change subscriptions, make sure you are aware of the changes that may result in your database. For more informaiton, see Editions Overview. To change the pay-as-you-go edition you are subscribing to:

Log into the web console as a user with the Owner role.

Click
Billing.

On the Billing page, under Current edition, click Change edition and select a different edition.
If you have any questions, click Contact us.
Update Payment Information
To update the payment information:

Log into the web console as a user with the Owner role.

Click
Billing.

On the Billing page, in the Payment information box, click
.

Make changes and click Update.
Update Billing Address
To update the billing address:

Log into the web console as a user with the Owner role.

Click
Billing.

On the Billing page, in the Billing address box, click
.

Make changes and click Update.
Download Invoices
To download invoices:

Log into the web console as a user with the Owner role.

Click
Billing.

On the Billing page, in the Payment information box, click
.

Locate the desired invoice, and click
Download.
The PDF file is downloaded. The invoice lists the amount of units for which you are being charged. Units are calculated based on your Compute, Storage and Network usage for that month. For more information, see Usage. For more information about pricing, see Exasol Pricing.
