Billing

To view and update your billing information, use the Billing page in the web console.

The following information is for pay-as-you-go accounts only. If you have a pre-commit pricing account with Exasol, contact your Exasol representative.

Change Subscriptions

Before you change subscriptions, make sure that you are aware of the changes that may result in your database. For more information, see SaaS Editions Overview.

To change the pay-as-you-go edition you are subscribing to:

  1. Log in to the web console as a user with the Owner role.

  2. On the Billing page, under Current edition, click on Change edition and select a different edition.

    If you want to change from pay-as-you-go to a different subscription model, click on Contact us.

Update Payment Information

  1. Log in to the web console as a user with the Owner role.

  2. On the Billing page, in the Payment method box, click on the pencil icon Pencil icon.

  3. Change the details as needed, then click on Update.

Update Billing Address

  1. Log in to the web console as a user with the Owner role.

  2. On the Billing page, in the Billing Address box, click on the pencil icon .
