Editions Overview
Exasol SaaS is a subscription service with multiple editions. Each edition provides different functionality. You may change your subscription or cancel your account at any time.
You can subscribe to either of the following Exasol SaaS editions:

Standard edition: The ideal choice to improve the performance of current data business intelligence (BI) stacks and give their reporting speeds a boost to enable real-time, self-service business intelligence.

Enterprise edition: The ideal choice for a scalable platform that needs advanced analytics and data integration. Data that requires multi-departmental analytics environments, needs to perform machine learning or artificial intelligence in the database, or has complex requirements in terms of data integration and data vitalization will be greatly enhanced with Enterprise edition.
The Exasol SaaS Free Trial provides all the functionality of the Enterprise edition. You can use the free trial for 30 days or $500 credits worth of use, whichever is depleted first. You do not need to provide payment information during the trial period. After the trial, you will be charged monthly for the subscription of your choice. For more information, see Invoicing.

Changing Subscriptions
Before you change your subscription, consider the following:

You can change your subscription to Enterprise edition at any time and the change will take affect immediately.

To change your subscription from Enterprise edition to Standard edition, your databases and clusters must be of the type and number that Standard edition supports. For more information, see Add Database and Add Cluster.

You can only change your subscription form Enterprise edition to Standard edition after 30 days. For example, if you change your subscription from Standard edition to Enterprise edition on June 1, you must wait until July 1 to change back to Standard edition.
To change your subscription, do the following:

Log into the web console as a user with the Owner role.

Click
Billing.

On the Billing page, under Current edition, click Change edition and select a different edition.
Canceling Account
You may cancel your account at any time via a support request. To send a support request, click Help and then click Support.
