SaaS Editions Overview
This section provides an overview of the different Exasol SaaS editions.
Exasol SaaS is offered in two editions that provide different levels of functionality:

Standard edition: This is the ideal choice for organizations with smaller data volumes who do not require advanced analytics and data integration features or extended support.

Enterprise edition This is the ideal choice for organizations who need a scalable platform for advanced analytics and data integration, with support for multi-departmental analytics environments, machine learning or artificial intelligence in the database, and data virtualization.
The Exasol SaaS Free Trial provides all the functionality of the Enterprise edition for 30 days or $500 credits worth of use, whichever is depleted first. You do not have to provide payment information during the trial period. After the trial, you will be charged monthly for the subscription of your choice.

Change subscriptions
Before you change your subscription, consider the following:

You can change your subscription to the Enterprise edition at any time. The change will take effect immediately.

To change your subscription from the Enterprise edition to the Standard edition, the number of databases and clusters and their type must be supported in the Standard edition. For more information, see Add Database and Add Cluster.

You can only change your subscription from the Enterprise edition to the Standard edition after 30 days. For example, if you change your subscription from the Standard edition to the Enterprise edition on June 1, you must wait until July 1 to change back to the Standard edition.
To change your subscription, do the following:

Log in to the web console as a user with the Owner role.

On the Billing page, under Current edition, click on Change edition and select a different edition.

Cancel account
You may cancel your account at any time through a support request. To send a support request, click on Help > Support in the web console.
