st_volume_set_priority
Each volume has a priority value that determines two things:
- how many background operations are created (relative to other volumes)
when restoring a node or creating a snapshot - whether I/O operations should be preferred before operations from other volumes.
Minimum priority is 20 and maximum is 0. The default is 10.
