Error Description

Under non-user controllable conditions, a race condition can lead to a situation in which a cluster node already finished its startup boot process but a following error message mentions that it has indeed failed. In that case it may happen that EXAStorage disks are shown as disabled in EXAoperation and it is not possible to use the disks any more.

Workaround

Restart the affected cluster node, then re-activate EXAStorage disks.
