Problem Description

Profile information for queries performing joins on geometry columns is wrongly showing GLOBAL INDEX instead of LOCAL INDEX for those joins.
This is a simple display problem, performance is not affected.

Fix

Profiling will properly distinguish between LOCAL and GLOBAL index/joins.
