Visual Studio 2005 and 2008 are no longer supported starting with Exasol 6.1 for - SQL Server Integration Services - SQL Server Reporting Services - SQL Server Analysis Services Visual Studio 2008 was running out of support from Microsoft at April 10th 2018. Furthermore the ADO.NET installer requires .NET version 4.6.1 or later from now on. Furthermore the installation process for SSAS for Visual Studio 2017 has changed. First you have to install the ADO.NET driver and afterwards you have to run "Install SSAS 2017 Extensions for Visual Studio (DDEX)" from the EXASOL start menu.
