The EXAoperation warning "LDAP bind failed" is now issued each time an LDAP authentication fails unless invalid credentials are the cause (e.g. user entered wrong password). Previous database versions issued this warning only if an LDAP authentication failed due to an unreachable LDAP server or a timeout.
