Long compile time with complex view structure

Some queries with a complex view structure, i.e views / WITH-clauses deeply nested into other views / WITH-clauses, might take a long time for compilation (more than a few seconds).

While there are other reasons for high compile time, some of those cases are caused by internal functions that are called too often in case of deeply nested views. Those cases will be corrected here. This might even lead to general improvements in compile time of complex queries compared to Version 5.

Note that without developer tools it is impossible to detect those cases on your own. It might be easiest to check your query again after this issue has been resolved.
