New system table

New system view EXA_SYS_COLUMNS was created. It contains information about columns of system tables (schemas SYS and EXA_STATISTICS)

Other improvements

Type of column USER_NAME of system table EXA_SESSION_CONNECTIONS was changed to VARCHAR(2000000) for consistency with similar tables
