EXAoperation: Enforce TLS on FTP port when disabling unencrypted interfaces instead of disabling FTP
When disabling unencrypted interfaces via EXAoperation, the FTP port 2021 for downloading/uploading database backups is currently disabled. We will change this behaviour and instead enforce TLS for the data connection as well as the control connection.
Please note to use forcessl for a remote archive volume, if such a FTP interface is used by another cluster for storing database backups.
