Description
When collecting logs with command exasupport or through ConfD job debug_collect sensitive information can be appended to the logs. The impact is limited, as only users with administration privileges can create and download such archives.
This change updates the collection process so sensitive files under /exa/etc have sensitive lines redacted on the generated log archive.
Workaround
There is no direct workaround. However this can be mitigated by redacting the log archive before sharing it with Exasol Support. These log archives never leave the cluster on their own, they are generated inside the cluster where only administrators may access or copy them elsewhere.
Fix
Configuration files under /exa/etc have their sensitive information redacted.
