Description
AdminUI’s health charts aren’t displayed if NLS_NUMERIC_CHARACTERS sets a dot as the decimal separator, instead of the default value (comma).

There’s no workaround.

AdminUI’s health charts generation handle deployments using dots as decimal separators.
