Background
Previously, the Parquet reader did not support conversion from Date to Timestamp. This limitation restricted workflows requiring Date values to be converted to Timestamps for further processing.
Improvement
The Parquet reader has now been enhanced to support Date-to-Timestamp conversion. As part of the conversion process, the time is set to 00:00:00 by default. This ensures consistency and predictable behavior when dealing with Date-to-Timestamp transformations.
