Background
Upgrading through AdminUI required customers to perform three steps:
- Check Exasol’s download portal for new releases
- Download a newer release package
- Install the new package using AdminUI’s upgrade dialog
New Feature
Customers can open AdminUI’s upgrade dialog to check if there are releases newer than the currently installed one and, if so, start an upgrade directly from the dialog. AdminUI will take care of downloading the package.
