Description

Internal errors happening during ConfD jobs' scheduling could render confd_client unusable afterwards.

Workaround

Restarting ConfD by running

coskillall confd

inside COS one one of nodes enables confd_client again.

Fix

Error handling during ConfD jobs scheduling phase has been improved to ensure confd_client keeps working.
