Background
After a node failure and subsequent reboot (that is, restart of the c4_cloud_command service), the registration phase takes an unusually long time. This means that recovery from a node failure can be slow.
Improvement
Registration (part of the initialization process), has been greatly improved. In a 50 node cluster, initialization of 49 failed nodes has gone from 10 minutes to 4 minutes and 48 seconds.
