Improvement
Under heavy load, system responsiveness and the throughput of system processes was improved by fine-tuning the operation of internal communication layers. As a result, if the system is under heavy load, system and service processes have a higher priority than SQL processes to ensure that the database remains available and responsive.
Changed behavior
Changed the default starting priority of user SQL queries to low (1) to ensure higher priority for essential service processes and improve response times under heavy system load.
