Background
The database in the SaaS environment performs snapshots at regular intervals. This should have no impact on database operation.
Description
In some cases, the operation to perform a snapshot takes longer than expected. As a result, the database restarts automatically. After the restart, the database is in a consistent state again and works properly.
Workaround
There is no workaround.
Fix
In these scenarios, the database remains online.
