Background
Backups that are configured with an expiration of 0 are supposed to be created with no expiration date.
Description
Backups configured with an expiration of 0 are incorrectly expiring immediately.
Workaround
Create the backup with an explicit expiration date.
Fix
Backups configured with an expiration of 0 are created with no expiration date, as expected.
