Description
Snapshot backups can cause database performance problems in SaaS with large amounts of data. Since the backups occur by default once an hour, this only impacts performance in the same interval. This may cause connection problems and slow down queries.
Workaround
Contact support to change the snapshot backup schedule.
Fix
Snapshot backups have no impact on database performance.
