Description

Under very rare circumstances, the garbage collection in the Exasol database causes an Internal Server Error. Garbage collection occurs at the end of a query execution, end of a commit, end of a rollback, or at the end of a subquery execution in snapshot mode (i.e. a subquery that only works on system tables).

Workaround

Restarting the session is the usual workaround.
Please contact support if the problem occurs more often.

Fix

The garbage collection no longer causes an Internal Server Error.
