Description
In some cases the automatic database restart by the failsafety mechanism did not work correctly and did not restart the database when failed nodes came back online.
Workaround
The database can be manually restarted when automatic failsafety restart does not kick in or fails.
Fix
The failsafety mechanism has been slightly improved to allow more database restart attempts when a node is detected as failed. It should also more consistently restart in some edge cases that currently need manual intervention when a restart attempt failed.
