Description

Inserting of long repeating UTF8 characters sequences is very slow.
Example:

CREATE TABLE largeChars1(c1 varchar(2000000), c2 int);
INSERT INTO largeChars1 VALUES (REPEAT(UNICODECHR(127153),2000000), 0); -- Takes 35 seconds!

There is no workaround.

Fix

The insertion of long repeating UTF8 characters is faster.
