Background
EXASOL-2956 introduced a new option for external backups on AWS S3.
Description
Setting the cloud_backend_v2 option on a remote volume may cause the backup to hang which blocks new backups.
Workaround
Restart the database.
Fix
Backups with the new option can be written as expected.
