Background

EXASOL-3041 requires an internal migration of the storage representation of the HASHTYPE column.
One step of the migration contains dropping some column statistics. Those statistics are recreated during query time.

Improvement

A more strict choice of the statistics to be dropped leads to a shorter duration of lower performance after the migration (When directly updating to Exasol 7.1.8).
