Background
Previously, auditing was not enabled by default during deployments. It could be enabled either in Exaoperation (version 7.1) or using ConfD. For more details, see Enable Auditing.
Improvement
Auditing is activated per default in V8 deployments. If you want to deactivate auditing, see [Disable Auditing|https://docs.exasol.com/db/latest/administration/aws/manage_database/disable_auditing.htm].
Changed behavior
Auditing is now enabled by default.
