Description
In rare cases, the database may refuse to start or restart and display the following message in EXAoperation:
Do not start system due to possibly forgotten children processes. Use 'Force shutdown' to cleanup children info. Destroy children processes if needed. Known alive children: 50784, 84923, 92332.
Workaround
Use the "Force Shutdown" action on the database and then start the database. This works even though the database is not running.
Fix
In these cases, starting and restarting the database works as expected.
