Background
In previous Exasol versions, it was possible to create inconsistent foreign key references on the same table. This was fixed in EXASOL-2605.
Description
As a consequence of the inconsistent states in EXASOL-2605, the table EXA_ALL_CONSTRAINT_COLUMNS may not be accessible.
Workaround
Manually drop and re-create the inconsistent constraints.
Fix
The system table remains accessible. An error is also logged into EXAOperation.
