In very rare cases, during log rotation, a logging process may fail, which will cause a false coredump warning in EXAoperation:

This doesn't have any impact on query execution or any database service.

Workaround

The message in EXAoperation can be ignored.

Fix

The logging process which caused these false warnings will not fail.
