Driver management

Learn how to manage drivers in Exasol.

To enable Exasol to exchange data with another system using JDBC, a JDBC driver must be installed. For connections to Oracle systems, Oracle Instant Client is required. Drivers are uploaded and managed in the BucketFS file system.

The Exasol JDBC driver is pre-installed in as-application deployments of Exasol.
